Corporate Partnership
Supporting Rural Utilities
Our corporate partners support the promotional and legislative efforts of the National Rural Water
Association. Their support helps ensure the continued funding of
water and wastewater systems. This funding directly supports utility
upgrades, construction and expansion, as well as providing training
and technical assistance to water and wastewater utilities across
the nation.
These partnerships allow businesses to support the programs that
fund their customers.
NRWA efforts have resulted in Billions of dollars of funding for
water utilities.
$1.351 BILLION
for the 2012 Rural Utilities Service Loan & Grant Program
$1.525 BILLION
for the 2012 Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund
$919 MILLION
for the 2012 Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund
The National Rural Water Association and its state affiliates
train over 100,000 water professionals every year, in addition to
providing on-site technical assistance to thousands of utilities.
Additional Benefits
The primary benefit of corporate partnerships with the NRWA is
continued support for funding to water and wastewater utilities. As
a way of saying thanks for supporting those legislative efforts, the NRWA
tries to provide additional benefits to its corporate partners.
These additional benefits are specifically designed to provide value
to corporate partners by deepening their connection with utilities
and professionals in the water and wastewater industry.
Sponsorships
NRWA sponsors are corporate partners that have shown the greatest
commitment to supporting the rural and small water utilities. These
partners receive special recognition at all NRWA events and have
access to special promotions. Each sponsorship agreement is
individually negotiated.
